Upon booking on our website, you may choose to collect vehicle at our Airport office or at our San Gwann office at no extra charge. Once you have made a booking, location of the collection place will be provided on your booking confirmation.
We aim to offer the best service to our clients so we can make arrangements in such circumstances.
Vehicle images are examples only. Specific models cannot be guaranteed. We work with a wide range of Manufacturers and, as such, we are unable to display every available vehicle within each category on our website. The definition of ‘or similar' next to each vehicle model means that we reserve the right to provide a vehicle of comparable size, body type and rental value to the vehicle being displayed.
Yes, driving in Gozo is possible at no extra cost.
Overseas travel is not possible.
If you are involved in an accident or the car is found damaged you must contact us immediately.
All damage must be reported to us. If the correct procedures are not followed then you will be liable for the cost of repair.
Any traffic violations and/or contraventions incurred by you during your rental period are to be
settled by you directly with us prior to the end of your rental period. If we receive a traffic violation after the end of your rental period dated during your rental period this has to be settled by you directly with us.
The vehicle is supplied to you clean at the start of your rental. The vehicle is to be returned as clean as possible at the end of your rental. Charges may apply if vehicle is returned with dirty body, upholstery and carpets due to: mud; sand & gravel; food left overs; rubbish; pet fur and the like.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your liability in the event of an accident. Without this, you could be liable for the full cost of the rental vehicle if it were to be damaged or written off. CDW means you won’t have to pay the full cost of any repairs as long as you’ve followed the T&C’s.
You’ll have to pay a contribution to repair costs up to an agreed level of excess which can be up to €450. It forms part of a full cover insurance policy. To waive your excess liability you have to buy additional Top Up Insurance.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) doesn’t cover damage to the vehicle up to the excess amount which can go up to a maximum of €450. That means that if there is damage to the vehicle which amounts to, for example, €100 you pay €100 and if the damage is more than €450 you only pay €450.
It is a reimbursement policy from an external provider of your choice requiring you to pay the cost of damage up to the insurance policy excess to us, then submit a claim upon your return home.
