Driver Requirements: Two drivers over the age of 21 years up to and including 75 years with a valid driving licence can drive the vehicles. A copy of your driving licence will be requested upon booking.

Insurance: Comprehensive insurance is provided with a maximum of €450 claim excess which is paid by you only in case of loss or damage to the vehicle. That means that if there is damage to the vehicle which amounts to, for example, €100 you pay €100 and if the damage is more than €450 you only pay €450.

Vehicle Models and Availability: Vehicle images are examples only. Specific models cannot be guaranteed. The definition of ‘or similar' next to each vehicle model means that we reserve the right to provide a vehicle of comparable size, body type and rental value to the vehicle being displayed.

Booking Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation by email. Always quote your booking confirmation number when you contact us with any query.

Booking pre-payment: A prepayment of €20 is required to confirm all reservations. By confirming a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the €20 prepayment is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, amendment resulting in cancellation, or failure to collect the vehicle (no-show), the €20 prepayment will be retained by us and will not be refunded.

Fuel Policy: All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the hire. Customers are to return the vehicle full at the end of the rental. In the event that customers are unable to refuel the vehicle at the end of a rental they may return the vehicle part full and be charged for missing fuel at the end of the rental at the locally determined price.

Mileage Limits: Unlimited mileage throughout your whole rental period.

Bank Card Details & Security Deposit: We do not block your card and no security deposit is taken unless agreed so at time of booking. We require your Bank Card details (Card Type, Card Number and Expiry Date) only as a guarantee.

Payment: If you made a pre-payment then the balance will the paid at the start of your rentalperiod . If no pre-payment was made, then you will pay the full payment at the start of your rental period. Card or cash payments are both accepted.

Traffic Violations / Contraventions: Any traffic violations and/or contraventions incurred by you during your rental period are to be settled by you directly with us prior to the end of your rental period. If we receive a traffic violation after the end of your rental period dated during your rental period this has to be settled by you directly with us.

Vehicle cleanliness: The vehicle is supplied to you clean at the start of your rental. The vehicle is to be returned as clean as possible at the end of your rental. Charges may apply if vehicle is returned with dirty body, upholstery and carpets due to: mud; sand & food left overs; rubbish; pet fur and the like.

Rental Agreement: You will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement at the start of your rental period.
